Shipping
Shipping fee is computed upon checkout.
In-stock items ship in 3 to 5 business days, and pre-order items ship in 6 to 8 weeks.
We work closely with our shipping partners to adhere to these timelines. However, there may be the occasional delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that our delivery service is to your front door. It does not include opening and removal of packaging, unrolling of rugs, or placement under furniture.
Delivery Schedules
When your order is ready, our fulfilment team will contact you to make delivery arrangements.
We offer two pre-fixed delivery days per week, on weekdays (before 5pm). If you have a preferred delivery date or time, please inform us a week in advance and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
Please note that a extra charges apply for late-notice delivery date requests outside of our schedule.
Returns
At Vehome, we want every piece you bring home to feel just right.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at vehomephcorp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In new, mint, unused condition
- Complete with original packaging and tags
- Free from damage, stains, or pet hair
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Items sent without approval will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please note:
- Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are covered by the customer
- Only one exchange per order is allowed — we do not accept an exchange of an exchange
Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, kindly email us with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will take care of it and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
The pick-up fee will be waived if you are returning your rug due to defects. Please note that the following are not considered defects:
- Shedding on new rugs
- Variations in colour between the actual product and the image on screen
- Small size differences of up to 5% which may occur especially for handmade rugs
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at vehomephcorp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
Custom Orders
For rug orders which are specially sourced for you and not listed in our website, returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Made-to-order rugs are not returnable and refundable unless defective.
